BCAA+B6 is a maximum strength formula designed to provide a complex of the pure free form amino acids L-Valine, L-Leuceine, L-Isoleucine in every serving. These three protein-sparing amino acids are known as the branched chain. The Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA's) got their name because of their unique branched chemical structure. All Branched Chain Amino Acids are essential amino acids, defined as, the body cannot make them from other compounds, they must be consumed in the diet. it is a well known fact that amino acids are responsible for protein synthesis, hence the nickname "building blocks." In recent times, these BCAA's have been investigated for their potential anitcatabolic (preventing muscle breakdown) and anabolic (muscle building) effects. Investigative studies have show BCAA's are an important component for effective muscle growth, muscle energy and recuperation.

A composition of high quality Branched Chain Amino Acids (leucine, valine, isoleucine) in proportion of 2:1:1. The product is designed especially for active people and sportsmen. Besides, it is spiced up with Vitamin B6 that contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism as well as to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients:

Free amino acids (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine), bulking agent - microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent - magnesium stearate.

Recommended Use:

As a dietary supplement, take (4) four tablets daily, or as directed by a licensed nutritionist or physician. For optimum results take 2 tablets 45 to 60 minutes before training and 2 more tablets 15 to 30 minutes after training. You may take additional serving before sleep.
